  2. Support the delivery of quality services to our residents and constituents through strategic fiscal planning, cash management, accounts payable, and payroll processing;

  3. Maintain the highest level of transparency, integrity, and accountability by providing accurate and timely financial reporting for City Council, management and our residents.
