Training for youth athletes that are serious about exceling in their sport:

 
  • Boys & Girls Ages 10 and up.

January 5-28
February 2-25
March 2-April 1 (no meetings week of 3/8)
April 6-29
May 4-27
June 1-24

Areas of focus:

  • Proper Running Technique
  • Fundamental Running and Coordination Drills
  • Essential Athletic Movement
  • Running and Jumping Drills for Athleticism
 

Ages 10 and up

Meets: Tuesdays/Thursdays (8 total practices)

6:30 pm-7:30 pm
