The Administration Department provides overall direction and supervision for the Finance, Recreation, and the Library Divisions. The Administration Department also is responsible for the Human Resource, Risk Management and MIS functions in the City.
The Department includes the Administration Division which provides City wide Risk Management Services, Human Resources and MIS support to all city operations.

Finance: The Finance Division, under the direction of the Department of Administration, is charged with the administration of the financial affairs of the city, such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Finance is also responsible for the identification and development of fiscal policies and practices to enhance the public benefit.

Human Resources: This division is responsible for the utilization of the City's human resources. Activities include: Maintenance of personnel files; formulation and implementation of practices and policies; administers, explains and updates a variety of city benefits; ensures compliance with all local, state and federal labor and employment laws and actively discourages discrimination at all levels.
