The City of Seminole is accepting applications from volunteers to perform office functions at various offices. Flexible opportunities and at your convenience. Library Assistant I: The City of Seminole is seeking an individual to perform part-time duties in the Seminole Community Library. The successful candidate will assist patrons at the circulation desk, checking out materials, registering patrons for library cards, answering phone calls, and related duties. The position requires high school diploma/equivalent, and a Florida driver license. The position is scheduled for 20 hours/week, including some evenings and weekends. Starting at $10.42/hour. Training Technician: Part-time-20 hours/week . Assist in developing and coordination of in-house training programs for the Fire Rescue Department employees. Maintain training files, monitor certification requirements, purchase Fire equipment, and supplies. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, computer proficiency, experience with audio visual equipment,  five (5) years prior Firefighter experience, a valid Florida driver's license, good interpersonal skills, and be a non-smoking/ non-tobacco using person both on and off job for one year prior to time of employment and maintain non-smoking status throughout employment. Entry level position starting at $10.42/ hour.   Salary range: $10.42/ hour. to $15.11/hour. The work hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 pm.
