Deputy Borland has been with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office for 5 years. Attended the Law Enforcement Academy at St. Petersburg College. Been assigned to the Community Policing Unit for the City of Seminole for over 3 years. Also, currently a member of the PCSO Major Accident Investigation Team.
